1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account, installing the ServerTrack WordPress Plugin, or using our API, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Onecodesoft (doing business as "ServerTrack").

2. Description of Service

ServerTrack provides a server-side tracking infrastructure that connects your website to third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok). You acknowledge that:

• We act as a technical conduit for your data.
• You are the data controller and are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your end-users (e.g., via cookie banners) before sending their data to us.

3. Account Security & API Keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and Authentication Keys (API Keys). You agree not to share your keys with unauthorized third parties. We reserve the right to revoke keys that are compromised or used for malicious purposes.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send malicious, illegal, or prohibited data to our API.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack our SDK, Plugin, or API.
• Intentionally exceed the rate limits of your subscribed plan to degrade service performance for others.

5. Subscription & Billing

ServerTrack operates on a tiered subscription model. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are in arrears.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". ServerTrack is not liable for any:

• Data loss or corruption.
• Fluctuations in ad performance or ROAS.
• Account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook Business Manager bans) resulting from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or dashboard notification.
