Return & Refund Policy
1. General Policy
At ServerTrack, we strive to provide a transparent and "try-before-you-buy" experience. Because our service is a digital SaaS (Software as a Service) product, we maintain a strict no-refund policy once a premium subscription has been purchased.
2. The Free Lifetime Tier
To ensure that ServerTrack meets your specific technical requirements and tracking needs, we offer a Free Lifetime Plan that includes:
- Up to 10,000 requests per month.
- Access to our core tracking features.
- Full compatibility testing with your WordPress site or SDK.
We strongly encourage all users to utilize this free tier to fully evaluate the service. By upgrading to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you have tested the service and found it satisfactory for your needs.
3. No Refunds
ServerTrack does not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any of the following:
- Partial months of service.
- Unused request quotas within a billing cycle.
- Accidental upgrades or changes in business requirements.
- Issues resulting from third-party platform changes (e.g., Facebook API updates) that are beyond our control.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. After the period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free Tier.
5. Exceptions
While we maintain a no-refund policy, we value our customers. If you believe there has been a billing error (such as a double charge), please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. We will review such cases individually.
