Common Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from the "Billing" tab in your dashboard. Your tracking will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
My events aren't showing in Facebook. Why?
This usually happens if the Pixel ID or Access Token is incorrect. Please verify them in your ServerTrack dashboard settings. Also, allow up to 20 minutes for Facebook to process server events.
Do you provide phone support?
We do not offer phone support at this time. Our ticket system allows our engineers to investigate logs and technical details more effectively than a phone call would allow.
