The Analytics Dashboard provides insights into your tracking performance, event trends, and platform delivery statistics. This guide explains how to use the analytics dashboard to monitor and analyze your tracking data.

Accessing the Analytics Dashboard

To access the Analytics Dashboard:

  • Log in to your ServerTrack account
  • Select your Server Deck
  • Navigate to Analytics or Dashboard section
  • The analytics dashboard displays key metrics and charts

Dashboard Overview

The analytics dashboard shows:

  • Key Metrics: Total events, successful events, failed events, pending events
  • Charts: Visual representation of event trends over time
  • Time Period Selection: Choose different time periods to analyze
  • Platform Statistics: Event delivery stats by platform (Facebook, TikTok, GA4)
