Introduction

Upgrading your ServerTrack plan gives you access to more events, additional features, and multiple domains. This guide explains when and how to upgrade your plan.

Note: Plan upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining billing period.

When to Upgrade

Consider upgrading your plan when:

  • Hitting Event Limits: Consistently reaching or exceeding your current plan's event limit
  • Need More Features: Requiring access to additional platforms (TikTok, GA4)
  • Multiple Domains: Need to track multiple domains
  • Growth: Your business is growing and needs more capacity

How to Upgrade

To upgrade your plan:

  • Log in to your ServerTrack account
  • Go to your Server Deck settings
  • Navigate to Plans or Billing section
  • Browse available plans
  • Select the plan you want to upgrade to
  • Review plan details and pricing
  • Complete the upgrade process

Upgrade Process

When you upgrade:

  • Immediate Access: New plan features and limits take effect immediately
  • Prorated Billing: You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining billing period
  • New Invoice: An invoice will be generated for the prorated upgrade amount
  • Next Billing Cycle: Future invoices will reflect the new plan pricing
